In Loving Memory of Steven Baak, MD
Dr. Baak was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was raised in La Jolla, California. Dr. Baak completed his undergraduate degree at Pomona College in Claremont, California. Medical School at St. Louis University School of Medicine, Internal Residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, and Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago.
